Tapered roller bearing (Tapered roller bearing) uses the taper roller to roll around the tapered surfaces on the inner ring and outer ring. These drives are difficult to withstand very high radial and axial loads (in one direction). Bearings of this type are usually mounted in pairs similar to ball bearings. In this case an adequate internal clearance can be obtained by adjusting the axial distance between the inner ring or the outer ring of two opposing bearings. Due to the structure of the bearing, the inner and outer rings can be mounted separately.
Depending on the contact angle, the taper bearing is divided into three categories: normal angle, medium angle and deep angle. In addition, there are also clutches with 4 ranges and 2 rows.
A ring made of stamped steel is commonly used.
